To clarify the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are accepted.
If the client cancels the service before work begins, they are entitled to a full refund, minus any applicable administrative fees.
If the client cancels after work has begun, no refund will be provided for the time already spent. Any unused portion of the payment may be refunded at the discretion of The Talent Architect.
If The Talent Architect cancels the service due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund for any payments made.
