To define the terms of engagement between The Talent Architect and clients for each specific project.
All clients must sign a Service Agreement before work begins. The agreement will specify the services provided, pricing, timelines, and client responsibilities.
An advance payment is required before commencing work. The exact amount will be specified in the agreement.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If the client terminates the agreement after work has begun, a partial refund may be granted based on work completed.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement.
